Just thought amid all the plaudits being directed at the Trust re the CG redev plans, we should also give due credit to TEFers DV85 and Rob "He used to be happy clappy but he's all right now" Tuck who both endured many a cold Thursday night in the Trust office for many months helping to put this stuff together, do the research, discuss the angles, work out who we needed to speak to etc. Both made an invaluable contribution and deserve a pint from all of us.
And the many councillors at both ward and cabinet level (of all 3 parties), local community groups, Anne Snelgrove MP and her staff etc, who took the time to listen to what we were proposing and gave us valuable feedback as to what we had got right, what needed changing etc. Thanks guys - hopefully Swindon will get the stadium and community sports facilities we deserve as a result of your efforts.
