you'd have had to pre-order sooner than 23rd of nov to be guaranteed one.
i played on my mates, its a good concept but i can see it losing its credibility very soon,
by streotype video games are lazy, and after a few weeks of waving your arms franticly will get boring and wil take up too much energy.
i played madden 2007 and one in the swing of things its a great game but again i cant see the wii going too far.

I haven't played on the Wii but I think the package of games that has come out for it will be good enough reason to buy it. I somewhat doubt the console's ability to attract enough high quality games to keep the interest up, especially after the PS3 is released. I hope I am wrong, as the console market hasn't been this exciting in a while. |

I think the Wii depends on how games Nintendo make for it themselves.
We all know full well Nintendo are boss when it comes to making games, the Mario & Zelda series have always been the most playable games with the best longevity.
Where as everyone just wants to make their games look pretty but they play shit.
I played gears of war on xbox360 for a bit last week. Looked ace, really shit I thought and got bored quickly

Mario isn't the same in 3D though. A new Mario Kart would be good with them controllers though.
