Id have thought it would be good buisness to make sure you have ample supplies of kids stuff to sell in the build up to Christmas..

Went there earlier to finish my Christmas shopping was after a kids shirt 3 to 4 years and another kids shirt 5 to 6 years.Unfortunatly they dont have any and wont be getting any in before Christmas.

The reason?

"we ordered loads the other week and it all sold out really quickly"

I kid you not!

I kicked off(I saw you sneaking away Mr Starnes) and pointed out that the club was supposed to be skint and had just missed out on £50? of my money and all the asscoiated gubbings that comes from buying 2 young kids Swindon shirts and hopefully sparking a future interest in the club. Its a complete joke like everything else about this club.

Spot on Yeovil merchandise at Christmas is a gold mine the club could make loads of money, they should buy in bulk and anything left over can just be sold in the new year but with this board running the show might as well be selling red noses and clown shoes  :wanker:

Come on fella's be fair, STFC have just got a marketing specialist on from Reading to deal with this kinda thing, he's barely had time to take his jacket off yet.   Wink

I expect by the Mid February the club shop will be stocked to the ceiling with home shirts (even though they're only be two months of the season left).

As you say YR it's time this club woke up and starting using their brains!!!

Likewise I went in last week for a polo shirt. In the colour I was after they had only one and in the wrong size. I was told that was all they stocked and that they had no idea when/if they would ever have any more in.

Unless you want a replica shirt (obviously not a childs), or a pen and a fridge magnet there is little reason to go near the place. Its a complete waste of a commercial opportunity and would be better run by the fans.

Yep that expensive Marketing Exec that we don't need as we already have Ben L & Sarah who seem to do a decent enough job, and of course then there is Mike S when he is fit to return (oh I forgot this lot don't want him there)

Well someone forgot to order enough shirts!!  Or maybe Sandy Gray didn't sign the order off?!?   No doubt there will be an official club statement about this issue at 4.56pm Friday.

I wanted some STFC baby gros for my young 'un and although the shop hasn't any under 6 months the website has 3-6 months. So, I duely clicked on the 3-6 months baby gros and it says "sorry we do not stock this item". THEN WHY ADVERTISE ON THE SITE THAT YOU DO!!!

Anyway, if you want some decent T-shirt for Christmas presents, there is the Poxford relegation T-shirts.

Only £7 each. All profits go to the Trust.

Posted much the same a few weeks ago yeovil.

When the Consortium take over, they should give me the job of retail manager,
based on my years of experience at running shops.

I could do a better job than the fuckwit in charge at the moment!

They are selling stuff on E-bay now; got their own shop.

Someone has bid 25 quid for  a signed calendar.
