his broker must be very good sharky I would imagine that a fair sum of the amount was still deposit but in fairness its still not a bad deal. You can get as low as 2.99% but it depends on the amount your borrowing and again, the people you know!

He's lying. He only paid £96,000. Low cost housing scheme. There's a thread about it somewhere. I'm not lying! The market value is £161k ! It's a reduced market value scheme, i own 60% of the property.
