Will STFC ever publish a set of accounts again?
I doubt it, looks like we'll be out of business by then anyway.

So fucking angry... So do something about it! If you were at the agm, I'm assuming you're a shareholder. If that's the case and you were told something that is untrue, surely there is a way you can report this to the relevent authorities? If enough shareholders did this, wouldn't the board be forced to make changes in the clubs heirachy? Or am I just being naive and ignorant? Fucking hell, just for once I'd like a season where all we had to concentrate on was the footy, not whether the Club will survive and all the other shit thats been going on..........

let's not be too precious about the guy, devlin would have been working when the cva was not paid in june so could very well be part of the issue. but that in no way excuses the deluge of lies and incompetency that have occured since.
which lies are the truth?

Or am I just being naive and ignorant? I asked the very same in the CVA payment thread, but the inane ramblings of STFC Bart seem to have taken over... Given I am not a shareholder, nor have much savvy about this sort of stuff, I don't know the answers. Somebody with half a brain must though. Cue somebody intelligent!

One of the dangers this situation presents is whether if someone does report the board, if that might have comeback on the company (ie the club) as well as the individual. The last thing we need is for these people to take the club down with them. It's precisely for this kind of reason is why this kind of playing fast and loose with the CVA, the AGM, etc is so dangerous to the club. If Gray and Starnes want to drop themselves in the cack, that's their affair, but they may be risking taking the club with them. We're trying to get legal advice on where this leaves the club and what, if any, action shareholders can take without harming the club.

To be fair at an AGM about 3 years ago I asked Holt if there was a contingency plan for paying the final tranche of the CVA.....he replied without a ground redevelopment in the pipeline there was no money, and they'd be looking to close the club down....or words to that effect. It now appears he was telling the truth.

The one thing they were upfront about and has been born out here is that they were approaching Hacker Young about negotiating extended terms for the final payment. they did however reassure that this one was dealt with.
