Just seen on the ticker tape on SSN. That he might be going on Loan to Cardiff. Not a bad signing.

WTF? Can't see it myself, that'd be fucking unbelievable, and why the fuck would he want to drop down?
He's a good player in the prem, can't see him wanting to go down to Championship.

But Cardiff would be sorted if he does - I rate smith he just needs some guidance - he could be awesome whereas at the minute he is not hitting the mark.
And Barry, I think you'd be surprised really about dropping down - its only a loan not a full on transfer so it'll be a chance to get some regular football under his belt and prove a point to Sir Alex that he has still got what it takes to cut the grade in the prem.
I Hope he goes to Cardiff, bags shit loads of goals for them and Sir Alex will have a problem on his hands of how to leave him out the team!
Good Luck Smithy

He's still recovering from injury too. Will be good for him to get some games under his belt. That is quite a coup for Cardiff. However, I remember saying the same thing when those argies joined West Ham, and all they did was fuck them up.

Yep Leeds want him now, hope he doesn't go there, but I'd imagine he'd prefer to go there than Caerdidd

He seems to be having a bit of a clear out up there at the minute. I'd love it if it all goes wrong for the poison dwarf

I would have thought it was obvious changes need to be made at Elland Road, they are getting relegated unless they do something drastic.
As for Alan Smith, I thin he needs some time out from Man U to recover from his injury. Good to see he will be back soon as it was horrible what happened to him. I suppose cardiff makes sense if Man U didnt want him playing in the Premiership
