Beeb Swindon reported this morning that there will be a meeting on Friday between the Wills family, supporters' groups, Martyn Starnes and Cliff Puffett to thrash some things out. No mention of Diamandis being present.

There was also a lady on who has 10% of the shares (interesting...) calling for mediation. I didn't catch her name though.

Wendy Godwin's is the widow of Peter Godwin, ex-director of the club, and one of the largest minority shareholders. Wendy Godwin is Town through and through as was Peter Godwin.

They have a nominal value of 50p each I think.  not sure of the total, several million probably.
Not tradeable in the same way as a share in Centrica for example.

Somebody posted scanned images of the last accounts on here a while back, but I can't find them.

If anybody has a copy, look up "issued shares" and "issued share capital". The latter is the face value of the shares, not necessarily what they are worth (which is effectively zero anyway).
