Fact is, that if we were a fan run club we would be exactly the same as Stockport (who are Trust run), sliding into the conference.

Or we might be like Brentford, or Lincoln who are both doing pretty well. There's crap clubs run by fans and far more crap clubs run by rich, supposedly successful, businessmen - there's no guaranteed template for success, but fan-run clubs tend to be less prone to wild over-spending or shady shenannigans. Stockport's problem is they are a small side in an area dominated by Premiership sides, that won't change no matter who runs Stockport. What the Trust at Stockport have managed to do is stop them sliding out of existence, which I think most County fans would agree was more of an imperative.

PS Barcelon are owned by their fans - they seem to do OK

Suppose if we end up with Gray back as CE, a crap manager etc you will be happy

i'd be thrilled.

Is it time to get rid of Bart yet?

I'd give him till Christmas, but if results don't improve by then I think we should have a Bart Out campaign  Cheesy

That post is fair I think.

I would rather see stfc be run by the trust supporters club than see us possibly go out of business under the misguidance of an allegedly dodgy Greek businessman, who appears to have Seaton Wills and his extraordinarily gullible family members tucked away safely in his greasy arse pocket.

Time for a revolution some might say!

Whyis he here then?

We will not progress until we get new owners, and no i am not lifetime red

And that will all be Diamindis fault won't it.

You know nothing.

And you, on the other hand know what, exactly?? I can accept someone posting factual information or even bullshit to shore up an argument, but to flame someone and then not offer up an alternative argument is just plain fucking stupid.

The greek bloke is a slimeball and is only sniffing around to make a few quid. End of.  Disagree if you like, but don't act like a fucking pleb.

Tails probably has a much better idea of what goes on in the board room at STFC that alot of other people do.....

diamandis has always made sure sir seton has given with one hand (money) but taken with the other (mismanagement) in order to keep stfc dependent on diamandis in order for him to make money. i know this is how the old 'new' board felt and now that they power with some money to back them up i would guess they are trying to get ease sir seton out the club so it can move forward.

problem is does power have the money to buy sir seton out?

also, how did power make his money (irrelevent i know but am just interested)?
