Due to health reasons i have to see if stopping all my caffeine intake helps me in anyway. I've done some research and see that decaf coffee and tea still has 3 or 4 mg's of caffeine in. Is there anywhere you can get zero caffeine coffee and tea cos i am really missing my morning cuppa

You can get decaf tea in any decent sized supermarket. Tastes just like normal tea

What health reasons?
Just don't drink tea of coffee. That's the only way to stop your intake of caffeine.
