Thought I'd share my excitement with everyone that I move into my 1st flat on Friday - which is only 10 mins walk from the CG!! I also thought I'd check with everyone where are some decent places to head to for nights out in Swindon - and if there is an indie night anywhere in the town? I want to go out somewhere that I'm not likely to get stabbed in!!

I wish we were a big uni town as there would actually be decent places to go afterwards on a Tuesday night!

"no more heroes" at soda (couple of doors down from the back of the co-op in old town) has been really good whenever i've been and that's predominantly indie, dunno when the next one is though because the website isn't working...

There's an Indie night DJ in the Furnace on Friday....after a live band, got to pay to get in for the band, whom I know nothing about....wouldn't like to say you wont get stabbed though. The Furnace has a bit of all sorts, one of my kids has played there a few times and come out unscathed.
