My posh version of cheese on toast is damn good!
Cheese and tomato on ciabatta toast. Delicious and takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Zemiakove placky. In the unlikely event that anyone else wondered what that is, it bugged me sufficiently to check: Zemiakove placky Pancakes made from grated potatoes with spices (marjoram, caraway seed and garlic). So now you know.
