...for those that don't know, he's stading in for Mark D until he's well again. Some bloke called james lambert stepping in for Mike Sullivan...no idea?!

The term 'figurehead' springs to mind. He won't be making any decisions without getting straight on the blower to Mark D Wink

Ben Lambert has been to all of the games this seasons and a fair number of last seasons as well.

He 's quite young, usually occupies a place in the boardroom on match days and comes from Dunwoody!!

Nope, Dunwoody Sports Marketing, Mike Diamandis' company (although initially named after the jockey but then they fell out - least said the better). I've dealt with Ben a few times - he's a good bloke to have doing this, will do a good job.

Anyone heard how Bill Power is?

Hopefully he will become chairman as soon as he is well enough. Will only be good for him to get more involved once he is recovered

What makes you think he would be a good chairman? Just out of interest.

the chairman's just a figurehead and i can't think of a better one considering how popular he is with the fans. his track record at qpr backs it up as well
