When we moved out they stung me for anything they could get away with. The cunts. So from a landlord point of view that could be seen as a good thing. Although they're all a bunch of rude, arrogant bastards especially the fella in the commercial road branch. |

Dewhurst do have a reputation for loving themselves to be fair. |

Most corporate agents charge around £100 - £150 to each tenant to do a search etc. Your normally have to pay amonths dposit and a months rent up front. Your best bet is to look at the local paper and find a private landlord who manages properties themselves.
