Do you ever get in and then just eat loads even though you know you shouldn't.  Then a bit later in the evening you think to yourself that from now on you will try and eat less and eat more healthy stuff?  Then the following day you just can't resist eating loads again?  The proccess is then repeated.  This always happens to me, it's because I have no will power and can't avoid temptation.  I'm really going to try and do it this time, I'm going to go for a week without eating crap, and more fruit & veg etc.

Being a student, I have to buy and cook all my own food. I make sure I don't buy stuff that isn't healthy for me, that way I never eat any shitty stuff. Common sense really, but its a surefire way to eat healthily.

I like pasta but it's effort to make.  I'm still at home until October so there's loads of unhealthy crap in the cupboards which just seems so much more appealing than fruit

1. put pasta in pan
2. add water
3. put on hob
4. stir occasionally
5. drain water off
6. add sauce (lloyd grossman smokey bacon) & tuna
7. eat from pan (saves on washing up)

whats hard about that? its about as taxing as making a pop schnoodle.

white pasta isn't really healthy- full of calories and unless you are seriously working it off it's really not healthy atall.

brown/wholemeal pasta is the healthy shizz

Pasta is the only thing I cook because it's so easy! I've just had some Tesco Italian Sauasage and Ham tortellini with a Dolmio stir-in Chilli sauce. Ace.

My cooking kicks ass.

I'd much rather cook myself something decent than just eat filth like pot noodle

theres so many ready made sauces available for curry, spag bol, chilli, chicken casserole and the like that you'd be a fool not to
