I don't know whether the 13 year old girl from Thatcham caught for drink driving in Swindon on Christmas Day is a chav or not, but what I don't understand is the penalty appears to be a 2 year ban from driving....and here was me thinking you had to be 17 to drive.

Some lad from my school got a two year ban from driving after the police caught him riding a moped on the pavement.
He was 11 at the time, how we laughed at him when we all got our first cars at 17 and he didn't. :\/

 I'm sure you're right, but that's not what they said on RS at lunchtime....oddly they also didn't say anything about STFC.
