Harry potter. I'm being serious. The books are really really good. I got really into one when I went away last year.

Another Dan Brown one, Angels and Demons, similar to Da Vinci, but better.

Fear Nothing and Seize The Night (the sequel to Fear Nothing) by Dean Koontz are good if you like a thriller with something a bit different.
I really enjoyed Decipher by Stel Pavlou a few years back as well, but it's an epic read due to the length of the book.
I've hardly done any reading recently but the last books I read were by James Patterson and Harlan Coben.

I recently read Arthur and George by Julian Barnes, about Arthur Conan Doyle righting a miscarriage of justice, very good it was too.Not sure you'd like it though. What about a cricket book?one of my favourites is Rain men by Marcus Berkmann, its very funny.

I haven't read any books by Dan Brown. All of the hype and media attention puts me off a bit. I think I will read them when everyone has forgotten about them.
