seems curo aint to popular with alot of forum posters, why?
he was the only player that looked like he might score and i cannot believe people are saying he strolled around the pitch and didn't care(vd_tails).what utter crap.he did his best.
yes he missed sitters but how many times did he hit the wood work?
i think its all down to what he has said in interviews.for me his honesty is credible and i respect him more for that than others that will say fuck all but will leave if they get the chance.beware if curo does leave because we will have to get in a proven replacement.love him or not curo will score goals in league 2.

replacing the messiah evans would be far easier,a half decent lower league keeper(nothing more) a poor kicker.make no mistake he would have jumped ship this time last year but due to his poor season previous, offers were not forthcoming.

people that slate curo and praise evans are daft in my opinion.they are both the same, pros who want the best they can get!

i would like them both to stay though as they are two of the better players in our squad.

Couldn't you have just posted that in the other thread? I'm bored of Cureton arguments pretty sure everybody has made their point.

All 3 of the above reasons not to like Cureton are valid points IMO.  I am skeptical about whether he will actually deliver in League 2 (have aired my views before so won't go into them again) but obviously, if he stays, I hope he does indeed score for fun.  If that happens I won't change my personal opinion of him but I'll stop complaining about him missing so many sitters (and you don't get ANY points for hitting the woodwork do you?).

Re: Evans, I think he is a good keeper but yes, his kicking is dire and he is definitely NOT irreplaceable.   However, he has at least not been bitching and moaning in newspapers, he has kept his mouth shut until the end of the season and if he now wants to leave, fine.

Like the rest of the team, so using that logic we need to get rid or abuse all the other players.

Exactly Janaage. People are critising curo yet he was the one that scored goals! What about the others ? Oh I suppose they're ok. They're not meant to score anyway because they're not footballers  :-))(  Lets just dump all the pressure on curo.
