I've decided I'm probably going to get a Sony Ericsson v800 (on P.A.Y.G). Only thing is I don't know what the difference between the v800 and the v800i is? I've looked on t'internet but they both look the same. Also I had a look in Vodafone today and they were £350, but on ebay they're going for less than £200, so I'll probably get mine from there, then get it unlocked somewhere

I can't be doing with the monthly fee though, I'd rather just pay a one-off lump sum. My mate has just been charged for £60 worth of texts for this free text he sent to the daily star for something, and kept getting sent these free download messages which were charged at premium rate

Go for payg if you don't use your phone too often, if you use it all the time, then contract I reckon is what you want.
