do you watch the games, I would have picked McPhee ahead of Cureton every single guy

So he hasnt scored goals, he has worked his fucking nuts off and done well, he at least put some effort in which is more than that fucking midget has done all season. Dont see him scoring lots of goals either. Infact today he missed a fairly open goal from about 3 yards, put it OVER.....OVER FOR FUCK SAKES

Useless....

We wasted good chances today. We wasted corners, didnt put the ball in  the bpx enough and there were plenty of times where if someone bothered to shoot we could have scored. But what does it matter really?

I say keep Iffy. He has done better than King imo and I dont see what good it would do to change evrything

I thought Mcphee was probably our best player in the last couple of home games, not so good today maybe.  Jutkiewicz looked the better of the two today winning alot more, should have leathered that late chance though and he knew it.

agreed on both points, but i can forgive jutkiewicz for not tucking that chance away - the ball never dropped for him.

Totally agree it didnt come down right. However I think he could have done better and he will know it more than anyone.

I think personally Iffy deserves another season.......under the circumstances I don't think he could have done much this season to turn things around.  Its time to wipe the slate clean next season and give him a chance.  Well done to the Swindon fans though for giving him an excellent reception at the end of the game.  Just the encouragement and support he needs.

He's not the man for us.

We need a manager with personality, passion and fight.

where does personality come into the equation? what possible difference could it make?

what sort of personality?

we need a manager with tactical knowledge, an eye for a good player, some experience at this level and if possible has achieved something.

personality, passion and fight are irrelevent. mourinho and wenger have no discernible personality traits and both often remain passionless but are arguably the best managers in the country.

I would strongly disagree with that

Keep Iffy ffs! When he took over we were 7 points adrift of 23rd.
Thus meaning we have got 7 more points than those around us since he took over.

Add 7 on to our total and we stayed up. Sounds irrelevant I know but the fact is he has taken us further than people realise. The fact we had a fighting chance was verging on a miracle.

Keep Iffy and keep the core of the squad if possible (Evans, Seano, Ifil, CCP, Whalley, Migs, Peacock, Curo) and build around what is left. The current squad with the addition of Jutzkeweicz as a pro and Caton could be a serious challenge in League 2 no matter how strong it is, it just depends who we can keep.

It is irrelevant given that we weren't 7 points adrift of 23rd when he took over, we were 23rd! And only 3 points off 20th.

Agree about Wenger. Mourinho though I'd say has a strong personality and definitely seems very passionate.
