Andy King Someone had to say it \o/. What about Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeves. DMR has already said it.... Think it would have been Reeeeeves if he'd have been fit for work, but shit happens and he's now part of a tainted regime.

Didn't Martin Ling say last season that he'd love to manage Town if the chance came about as he spent his best years here?
Not saying he'd be my choice as IMO it would be just as risky as it was appointing Iffy as they both have little experience.
I definately wouldn't mind Calderwood, but it would be harsh on Iffy who definately deserves another season. I think some people need to realise the shit situation we're in and that it's gonna be extremely difficult for a new manager to take over in the summer and make an instant impact. Experienced managers don't always work either, Megson hardly did a great job at Forest considering the players he had and the money available to him did he? And Talbot, who again had some financial backing (well a lot more than Iffy will have), is experienced and he's the reason Oxford are fighting relegation to the Conference.
Time will tell I guess, I think Iffy might surprise a few people though.

He would be a corker of an appointment, willy moistening record at this level and top bloke to boot.
Ideally keeping the Iffster on as number two to smooth over the transition and you have the making of the worlds greatest comedy double act in football mangement.
Somone email Mark and ask him nicely if he'd approach his old colleague.

Yeah if we did get a new manager in, I think Iffy should be kept on as assistant. Holloway would be fucking ace to be honest but too good to be true I should think.
I think it's most likely that we'll just stick with Iffy.

you cant really do that as holloway (or whoever) may want to bring there own people in, but ofcourse his old job with the youth wouldnt be a problem.
i wouldnt mind ling either to be honest....ling or holloway are the only two i think weve got a realistic chance of getting that id want to see iffy removed for.

I doubt we have any chance of getting Holloway to be honest, he could be doing much better than Swindon.
Or maybe he'd like a challenge, I'd be thrilled to have him here whatever happens.

I'd probably put holloway coming here on a par with jamming my cock so far down Mariah Carey's throat that the bitch could never sing again. word.

me too. Holloway would be good. Ling is a non starter, we wont be getting a manager who is currently employed, thats for sure.

Bobby Robson! He's so nice. Or bring back Glenn, who will be leaving Wolves. They are so rich they should do it for free. Otherwise, it'll have to be me.

Maybe we could get some fundamentalist islamic cleric in as our manager and send Pook off to suicide bomb the oppositions team coach.

I reckon Mr T would get the lads playing good football, as Iffy's assistant of course.
