Wouldn't worry he hasn't got a chance of getting elected in his ward or any other to Timbuktu.
Not having read his latest attempt but reading the sound bite from above I'd hazard a guess Mr Doyle is desperately attempting to salvage some sort of credibility after his last letter in the Adver left him a bit of a laughing stock and target.
So much so it prompted Councillor Nick Martin the man whose original letter allegedly prompted Doyle to write his unwavering support of to write a second letter distancing himself from Doyle's efforts.
He's upset a few individuals and is anxiously trying to re-write the apple cart without the sense to leave well enough alone now the damage is done.
I love the fact the man's so conceited he slips in " I would commit time to try to help STFC if at all possible,
but it would not be a high priority."
The man will go far, in fact his forehead may be on the verge of Kidney territory!
