Anyone remember when they collected football stickers, or even neighbours ones.

Wasn't it made by Merlin?

Football stickers were great.

I remember once asking a kid I didn't really like round for tea just because I wanted his shiny Nottingham Forest sticker.

I collected the cards for Mexico '86.  I had about 10 Zicos and about 20 Falcos.

I had the Mexico 86 and Italia 90 ones, they were great.  Loved the fact Iraq and South Korea and other "lesser" nations used to only get half a page.  Two players per sticker, yet Terry Fenwick got one of his own.

Used to be a very exciting day the new Division One Panini album came out, used to buy shit loads of stickers - ah those were the days!!

I only happen to stumble across my old sticker album this week, it was 1981, showed my sone the Wolves page just to prove how ugly Andy Gray really is, Town fans hated him in the early 80s.

I still hate Andy Gray, he's a big headed know it all.  Why he's the voice of Sky football I'll never know.

Who's a better co-comentator than Andy Gray? When you hear Alan Smith's drony tones it makes you realise how good Gray is.

I just don't like the bloke, don't think he's an easy man to listen to, with his agressive Weggie accent.  Agreed Smith (& Marwood) are terrible but there must be better co-commentators out there.

I much prefer radio commentary than the tv ones anyhooo.  I'm just waiting for Sky to copy Fox, yet again, and get a commentary team during games, would be much more interesting than listening to Tyler and Gray agree with each other every week.
