Did anybody see that girl in the paper that is getting fined for putting make-up on whilst driving? Do you think its pathetic or do you think she deserves it? I think it is a bit silly as its the same as just checking your hair in the mirror really like I see most drivers doing! But then again she was doing it for a long period of time and wasnt watching the road so she could of had a bad accident. Also in the paper today some lad got fined for putting rubbish in the wrong bin in the street. Surely there are more important things to be dealing with like the sicko that dragged that 11 year old girl into a toilet and raped her. A similar thing happened to a girl in Melksham yesterday. This country is a bit muddled up isnt it really  |

Yeh Yeh I know that.Just trying to look at it from another perspective. I'm shit scared of driving,but I think I will be a sensible driver. Learnt alot from when my cousin had his bad accident. (BMW's daffid?  ) |

They were talking about this and stupid driving offences on talksport yest.
Its ridiuclous the law on driving.
A bloke got 6 points and a 375 quid fine for speeding at 20mph over the 60 national speed limit at 11.30 at night. Meanwhile someone who admitted in court driving on his mobile phone and reading a map at the same time, smashed head-on with a motorcyclist ruining his life- major injuries. This bloke only got three points and a 175 quid fine for driving without due care and attention. :shock:
The Law defiantely needs to be changed.

There's been cases of people pulling over in a layby to make a phone call on their mobile. Becuase the engine wasn't switched off they got a fine. All pretty rediculous if you ask me.

The women had both hands off the wheel travelling at 30Mph. She got what she deserved. She has got done for drink driving too since then and is now disqualified.
I drive faster than 70 down the motorway. If I get done it's fair enough, I know what the speed limit is. But it is annoying that someone swerving all over the shop at 60Mph/tailgaters/etc will probably be OK due to the fact speed cameras can't target these idiots.

"another time i flicked a Cigarette out of the window and forgot the window wasnt actually open, the back seat of my car was on fire!", what a stupid twat. It also mentioned in the paper that she has recently been caught drink driving and banned for 20 months. She shouldnt be allowed to drive in my opinion. |
