Lucky buggers I had a chocolate biscuit and a cup of tea. My old dear cooks lovely roasts as well(doesn't everyone's mum?) Might get her to drive thirty miles to bring me one, lay a guilt trip that I haven't had one for over a year

Odd you should mention that, but I was just trying to work out how long it would take to roast a piece of pork I've got......I can never remember the times for the various meats although I've cooked enough of them. :eat

Roast chiken for me, although I wasn't feeling very hungry for some reason, so I didn't eat as much as I normally would have done

Roast lamb for me. Although it wasn't proper roast lamb, but a lamb chop with a mint and roseberry 'topping'.
