How many are we going to concede on Saturday? Actually looking at the stats they don't score to may away from home so I'll be positive and go with a 4-0 drubbing. On a serious note I'd like to see an old school El Tel diamond employed on Saturday with Gurney dropping back to CB where a couple of seasons ago he quite impressed for a period.
Evans Jenkins Gurney O'Hanlon Nicholas Miglioranzi Shakes Brown Roberts Cureton Peacock
Go for broke and then, pardon the pun pull one off the strikers off and pack the midfield tighter than a Gary Glitter girlfiend's bottom. I'd be delirious with all three points but I can see us challenging for a point and not much else.

I'd have Migs in at centre half with Sean
I'm completely at a loss as to what to do with our midfield

I'm in two minds. The midfield available would need to be 4-5-1 to be competative, but at the same time we need to win this one. 3-5-2 it is then:
Evans Smith O'Hanlan Nicho Shakes Migs Gurney Jenks Brown Curo Peacock
Gurns and Jens will alternate the holding role.

i take it comyn-platt & paul smith are still injured then?
in that case i would go for:
--------------------evans------------------- --jenkins--ohanlon--nicholas--j.smith-- --shakes--gurney--miglioranzi--brown-- ------------cureton--peacock--------------
...but if CCP or smith are fit they can go in for migz

migz has had some fantastic games this season and when hes pulling the strings there is no one better in our squad. ffs do not play someone like stroud, pook or whalley. none of them have proved themselves. Evans Smith O'Hanlon Nicholas
Jarett Gurney Migz Brown Roberts
Peacock Cureton

oh no, migs and gurney in the centre. In the last 5 games that Migz and Gurney have been the midfeild 2 for a consistent part of a match we've won 3, drawn 1 and lost 1, keeping 3 clean sheets. I think they are playing shit going forward but it must be because they both sit in and just act as an obstacle to teams. I reckon our problem has been the wing. Shakes has been distracted and Brown had to play in the wrong position on Saturday. We have no out ball like we did a few games ago. No quick counter attack that keeps the ball and no supply to the front 2.
