Always enjoyed a visit to Longs or Mckenzie's for the early drinks. Unfortunately though, Swindon is home to either cheap and cheesey or pretentious on the whole. The middle ground simply does not exist. I quite liked Bar Cuba for a few drinks and shots but Arkells decided having a popular Town Centre pub wasn't working out for them and changed it back to the Flag.
 chavvy retards down the bottom of town, fun-boy wankers with mullets up old town. Someone should start a nightlife scene halfway up vic hill that caters for blokes who aren't pikeys or ponces You open it and I'll drink there. |

Start with a round in The Groves (cheap)
Head to Yates (pool)
Meet main group in Walkabout
Find some wanky overpriced club (normally Bedroom)
perhaps some expansion is needed because i find swindon quite dull at the moment I'm getting old, our starter for 10 in the Groves or Savoy to get a cheap round seems to be extending further into the night before we move on. |
