I'm a little disappointed he hasn't gone back to Torquay to be honest. Yes, they're promotion rivals, but we're 7 points clear, we don't have to play them again and Bodin is Swindon's youth product. We wish the best for him, and seeing as he's already settled there, and very highly respected, he will play a lot of games, and can only get better.

The obvious counterargument like I said, was the league title 'rival factor' but realistically?

Oh, and.....

HE'S ONLY 19 FOR FUCKS SAKE

It's bonkers to expect him to be in the first team every week

Exactly.

Everyone knows you don't win things with kids!

I hope this loan move is purely for developmental reasons and not trying to get rid of reasons.

Bodin is alright. Not really sure what the fuss is about.

I don't really see what the fuss is about with Bodin, he may turn into a good player but at most at Swindon he is just a squad player.

He himself expressed earlier in the season that he wants first team games, this happened at Torquay and will happen at Crewe, it won't happen at Swindon.....yet, or at most it would only be for parts of games.

Paolo has also said publically that he wants Bodin to extend his stay at Swindon so i don't think he will be sold in the near future, that i sunless we get a silly offer from someone and Paolo and the club deem it good enough to let him go.

Whether Di canio sees Bodin as a player for us is up to him,but lets not kid ourselves that this is for development or the players choice.
He has proven he can cope with this level of football, and wouldn't want to leave us unless his hand was forced.

Odd decision overall, as he was starting to find his feet, but Di Canio knows what he is doing, and like others have said, he may have asked for the move. Who knows. Let's just hope he's around next season.

As for the Tehoure bashing - the man has only been here 2 minutes! How anyone could form an opinion on him already is beyond me..! Talk about giving the guy a fucking chance.....! Fuck....  Suicide Suicide

I'm not one for bashing players, but i've seen both of his appearances, and sometimes you just know.... He might be trying too hard, is probably the diplomatic line, so we'll see.

He seemed to do alright in his brief cameo against Torquay. Put himself about, looked sharp etc. We shall see, like you say. Let's get him up to Di Canio's match fitness requirments first and go from there.
