That was the figure mentioned yes mate.

There is a higher level of payments for next season for each division.

I think Mr Fitton mentioned that if we stay in this division we will get around £1mill in TV and sponsorship rights next season, compaired to around £400k now and if we go up then its £10mill compaired to around £2mill as it is now.

Although the L1 and L2 clubs don't like the new deal they felt obliged to accept it in the end,
because of the threat of Championship clubs breaking away.Pretty much a pistol being held
to the lower league clubs i'm afraid.
