Those 23% worked their bollocks off whilst the other workers got pissed on home made vodka.

What were the other 4% doing?

Bit late for this thread, but just for peace of mind I've had Virgin Media at ours for ages now and never had a problem.  Their internet's pretty quick, customer service is good and the tv stuff does the job.

Just posting because it's lightly related and i'm still annoyed. TalkTalk are cunts, no broadband for over a month, not one phone call returned and explained that if they send an engineer around, i might be charged something like £200 if they come around and find it's my fault. They are complete and utter cunts.

i think once my Sky contract of 12 months is up i may switch and get one of these chipped boxes.
I know you've got to update the firmware etc to keep the free channels but it'll soon save some dollars.

if you go down the chipped box route, make sure the box you get is pace - it updates the firmware itself and none of this funcard business. my virgin card has been unlooped. also, make sure the box does not have talkback enabled that way the cable company cannot trace the box from the cab in street, however you will not be able to watch on demand tv. failing that, get a eurovox although they are expensive and you have to repogram the card every month...

Well that bloke stitched you up good and proper didnt he?

He had the old bill round the other night and they want to do him for illegally receiving sattelite/cable broadcasts.
