A plane, Flight 1459 La guardia to Charlotte, has hit a flock of birds and crashed into the hudson river.  Looks like a whole load of passengers (if not all of them) have survived though.  Haven't seen the footage of the crash yet though.  Must be a hell of a rush surviving a plane crash.

every single one of them survived, the plane floated down the hudson and the passengers walkked out onto the wings and got picked up by passenger ferries.

The pilot did brilliant...flopped the plane into the river...not one injury apart from shock.

A hell of a rush Jan? If I want a rush, I'll get smashed out of my mind on coke or have a wank when my door's unlocked, fuck the plane crashing lark.

That would only work if imminent death was a possibiliy DMR. Maybe if you had the wank within close proximity to a knife?

Not as scary as watching a Jack Smith penalty ! Good on em though all 155 of them (especially the survivor who looked like he indeed was celebrating JS scoring the rebound rather than surviving a plane crash !)

ummm I can swim - but its hard cause If I take my lenses out Im blind - Im I keep them in - I cant open my eyes

You best get some prescription goggles in case you have to swim for it then.

The plane only crashed because of all the fat americans on borard.

Couple of valium and a gin make flying bearable I find. I was once a lifeguard in days gone by so the water (albeit a bit cold) may have been welcome ?
