I want to get a moped they're ace, what type have you got DRS?  Also did you ride motorbikes before, or did you have to get a license especially for it?  As that's always put me off.

oooh I feel your pain - I was messing about at work on Sunday - we were playing a stupid game on the bouncy castle and I jumped and landed on the lip balm I had in my pocket I have a big briuse on my arse now!

 It was well dodgy this morning....think the sky must have cleared just before dawn, and the bit of overnight rain froze...ace patterns on the car roofs as I slid into work.

I did notice how lovely the patterns in the ice looked as my head smacked into them.

 It's the little things that count..walking is the best way to travel, but cycling is OK especially when you take the time to look around....did you appreciate the different perspective on the world, from your prone position?

No, I just said 'fuck' a lot, bent my reflectors and brake lever back into place and carried on. I did notice that the ice was quite cold and that Tarmac in the knee chafes a little.

I did manage to slide it slow enough to swear before I hit the floor though, I always seem to manage that.

Someone my mrs used to work with came off his motorbike yesterday (black ice) he wasn't so lucky, broken many bones and is in a very bad way in hospital, poor lad, not that old either.

on a more serious note a recent study by the RAC showed that over 70% of people tires (car and bike) are under or over inflated. I deal with alot of claims that result from blow outs and have since pictures that will stay with me for live. The stupid thing is most blow outs can be avoid by regularly checking tyre pressure. THEREFORE DON'T BE A LAZY AND CHECK THEM TONIGHT!
