What is it in most other countries for a national election? about 6 weeks? The parties get prepared, everything is set out, people pop along to the polling station, tick a couple of boxes. Then the votes get counted and, you have your new leader(s). HOW FUCKING SIMPLE IS THAT

Why do these septics have to make such a big fucking thing about it?

It's not often that I get wound up by TV (I barely watchTV). But I caught a glimpse of beeb world the other week and the sight of a whole bunch of numpties crying (Yes crying) over Hilary cunting Clinton and screaming about how much "God love's America" made me wish that I could jump down the cathode ray tube and kick ten different colours of shite out of each and everyone of them.

"God love's America".... WHAT THE FUCK is all that about, and WHAT THE FUCK does religion have to do with politics anyway??????

And all of these people in a big stadium or whatever it was, crying when Hilary made her speach. WHAT THE FUCK are they crying about?????? "Oh we love you Hilary"............ FUCK OFF!!!!!!! It's just another politician you bunch of dumb cunts. Great's such as Churchill and Gorbachev have come and gone but did people like these get a huge wailing procession whenever things didn't go their way? DID THEY FUCK and rightly so. I would also like it to be known that should I meet somebody in person who is crying over this fucking circus then I would take great pleasure in breaking their nose for them and shitting in their mouth.

Once your mighty and beloved new leader is FINALLY installed, then it is done and dusted, the show is over, the fat lady has sung, the curtains are drawn, the show is over ect. Kapish?

What I am trying to say is that once Obama (Or whoever) is elected, then we do not need another 6/12 months to fucking well celebrate it OK? A few days will do, perhaps a couple of weeks and a month is definitely Pushing it. Anymore than that then you are just a bunch of cunts cos' enough is enough OK.

Next Tuesday is when the we find out if it's Obama or McCain, this is only the beginning, especially if Obama wins.

I'll be staying up and watching it as the votes come in.

I really hope Barack Obama wins, I've been sucked into a lot of the pro-Barack writing in Rolling Stone magazine of late - but it doesn't take much to realise that McCain essentially means 4 more years of George W. Bush rule.

America is often a bit of an entertainment circus, why should an election be any different?

I couldn't care less who wins, nothing to little will change. Although i can see someone like Obama energising a nation for a few months, and despite how little things will change, i'd still rather he won. I just don't know or care enough about it if i'm honest.

As for the US Elections, I'll be making an effort to stay up a bit to see how it's turning out.  Fox will announce the result within about 10 minutes of the election opening wnyway!!!

George W. Bush vs. Al Gore - never has a U.S. election looked so corrupt (not saying it was but there were alot of question asked)

George W. Bush vs. John Kerry - the Democrats really fucked up by electing Kerry, sometimes being a War hero simply doesn't win you the ticket. Kerry lacked alot and it was an easy victory, even for someone as unpopular as Senor Bush.

John McCain vs. Barack Obama - As STFC Bart would put it, this is the acid test for American voters! If McCain wins in a landslide victory then, yes, I think you are probably right Dave.

It does make you wonder when McCain defends Obama'a character, i.e. he is not a arab, he's a nice guy, the crowd boo and jeer. 

I hope Obama wins just because (I think as others have said) if McCain wins the "terrorists" can quite easily replace George dubble ya's picture with McCain's, however Obama's not the same kind of person as GWB or McCain, they may struggle making Obama out to be the evil man that Bush is portrayed. 

Also Orvil makes a valid point about the hockey mom, if something should happen to the old timer, would you really want her in charge of the US? 

Oh and another reason why I want Obama in, it'd piss off Bill O'Reilly and anything that does that is good in my book, "hey have you read my book, you should, you'd learn a lot"*
