Great news.
But I wonder how it was resolved. It's unlikely that there was a further hearing - it was still listed as "awaiting hearing date" last time I checked case tracker a week or so ago, and I can't see that a judgment's been published.
So probably either withdrawn, or settled. Be interesting to hear what the club have to say.

He's heard everyone has fucked off to Tenerife and has turned up with his builder mate to change the locks, finish the TownEnd Bar, put a roof on the Stratton Bank and to sell off Rockin robin for the next 10 years to pay back the 1950 debt.

The only info of relevance there really is that it's been dismissed. But that could be dismissed at the appellant's request (I.e. withdrawn), or by consent of both parties (I.e. settled). I'd suspect the latter - it seems unlikely (albeit not unheard of) that anyone would lodge an appeal, get granted permission, only to then withdraw it before an appeal hearing. More likely to have been settled IMO. Unless there has been a hearing that we don't know about, but as said above, that also seems unlikely. Have you heard anything Sam??

Maybe his lawyer withdrew the appeal when he cottoned on he wasn't likely to get paid?

The lawyer couldn't withdraw it without instructions, but yeah, I guess funding issues could well be a possibility
