I hope fitton has the guts to sack him because even fans who were willing to give malpas more time have turned against him as proved by all the malpas out chants at the game today.

Im disappointed.  More slanging matches with JP and the fans (I don't know what was said though).

Noone could be bothered today.  Really starting to be concerned.  Simply not good enough.

Although Ben also has a point, OAF is rather Bartesque.

Did sound like a pile of shite though.

One part of the game summed it up for me today.

In the 2nd half, Cox was back defending, won a header and lumped it forward and then chased it up field.  He actually turned round and motioned the others to basically run to support him/chase the ball.  That to me showed lack of motivation and they frankly couldnt be bothered.

First half was a write off really. Just very very poor. Off the pace, lost the first ball and on the odd occasion that we won it then we'd lose the second. First 20-30 minutes of the second half was a bit better and more in line with what I would expect from the start. But then they scored and after that it became quite desperate. It's quite obvious that there is no confidence in the side, no one wanted the ball. The most worrying thing is that we are in a position now where, just 8 games into the season, we are in absolute dire need of a win just to get us playing football again.

As for the manager, well 4 home defeats on the trot does not read well and he is ultimately responsible for results. At 2-1 down why wait until the 90th minute to introduce a 3rd striker? In added time defending a corner and everyone is back defending? Last play of the game was an attacking corner, so why not send the 'keeper up?
