Who gives a fuck how many turn up? Maybe their players won't either which could prove useful.

Apparently, Rovers have sold 63 tickets so far for the re-match.
Good at least we wont have to listen to the god awful Irene song, I assume if they dont turn up then no police will be required.

I think it is when he won the grand national on Dont Push It, sad day when the great man decided to quit. The guy who lives opposite me was his driver so I used to see AP most days when he was riding pulling up and jumping into the back of his A8. I get the odd tip these days from my 2 neighbours who are both jockeys.

In the 70s I used to live near Richard Hannon at Everleigh. One of his staff gave me Mon Fils who won the 1000 Guineas at a huge price.
The poor old bookie in Upavon was wiped out!

Yeah, but if they only sell, say, 300 tickets the police bill will be substantially lower. True, assuming it's all ticket, that's why I asked.

TPTB at Brovers will be chuffed. They were going to have to pay for a load of coaches now they've just got a taxi.

So does that mean discounted tickets after all ?

Unless it's changed, the police dictate how much resource is at any match. I doubt they're going to change anything based on current ticket sales, especially this late on.

They've sold nearly 600 now. Chuck in a decent result for them on Saturday and that will probably go up a fair bit.
Got my Berry tickets today and when I asked about Rovers tickets availability the lad said it's been virtually season ticket holders so far.

Eh? Surely ST holders don't need an extra ticket do they? Just use their STs again?
