I would imagine that a fair sum of the amount was still deposit but in fairness its still not a bad deal.

You can get as low as 2.99% but it depends on the amount your borrowing and again, the people you know!  Wink

House costs me about 1600 a month then food and socialising on top, what a waste of money!

yeap, debating selling up to be honest and buyinga  one/two bed flat as I worked out I use under 30% of the room in my house, kind of wasteful.

Im the same but then I keep thinking "investment" but its crap because I never seem to have enough cash to do stuff I wanna do cos its all gone on the house  :roll:

They overcharged you by £150.
