The Glue Pot if I'm with the London Reds.
The Tap & Barrel if I'm with my brothers.
The Sun Inn at Coate if I'm with the little ones and need to get a bite to eat before the game.

I usually go to a niche jazz club and follow it up with a visit to the Sir Dans

Now you're talking.

Down the years I've used a variety of establishments...quite a few of which no longer exist.

In no particular chronological order.....Swindon Bowling Club....Queenstown Club....The Merlin...CGH....Springers Bar in Wiltshire Hotel...Lamb and Flag....Rolling Mills...The Grove...Beehive....The White House....The Affair

Never been in the bowls club or the Queenstown but had some good craics in the others + the original Sir Dan and the Locomotive.
Was in the Affair/Pavillion that time the Gas turned up . . bit of a feisty one that !! Eek

Regarding the CGH,lost interest in the place a few years back.Last time i went in there it took a fortnight to get a pint.
