Has anyone said 'at least we're safe from relegation' yet?

Lucas in goal will help. Best we can hope for is a draw, I'll go for 2-2.

Just call me Mystic System! Well pleased with that, especially as some results went our way. Shame about Millwall.

Two home games. I wouldn't fancy playing Carlisle at the moment  Doh

Cracking result and even better to see that Franchise lost 5-0. We're in a good position now and win those 2 home games we're looking good.

The thing that has recently dawned upon me, is that if we don't get automatic, which is a tough ask, then we'll have one of Charlton, Leeds or Norwich in the play-offs with us.

Also, with the fact that you always, or nearly always, get a late charge by someone into the play-offs, normally off the back of great form, could we be seeing something that seems extremely unlkely, but thoroughly undesirable, like Southampton making it?

Huddersfield have got a tough set of games coming up!

Tough is an understatement, 7 of their next 10 are away and the three at home are against the top three. Millwall have got a pretty tough run coming as well, 5 of 7 away from home (and one of the home games is Charlton).

If we keep going the way we have been recently we'll have a playoff spot in the bag with 3 or 4 to play.

i hope we get a big turn out next saturday.
the team cannot really do anymore to get fans to come and support them.

I agree, however I also think the Oldham game proved it isnt going to happen.

I think it will be between us and Millwall for the last place.

Which could make the final game of the season quite tasty!

i think the club should be offering something for the stratton bank over the next couple of games.
even if they gave tickets out in schools the kids would buy the burgers-programmes etc.

@leefer, you better sit down m8

Newport (IOW) 3 - 1 Brockenhurst

Once again many thanks for the updates much appreciated by all at Poole. I'll be having to get you a beer next time I'm up

Good point at Huddersfield. Nice to see Danny on the score sheet again, wonder if he'll want to stay. Must confess I was dreading getting a call in the last ten minutes

A just back, quick summary from a Terrier! Overall a superb game. Clearly Swindon are a team in form but I thought we deserved it on the chances we created. Great to see a team trying to take the game to us!  I'll post a more detailed howdy-do in the morning, I'm off back to the pub now while darling wifey makes some dinner! Cheesy

Swindon were shit. that's all there is to say. Great point, but if it wern't for Lucas, they could have romped to victory and we'd be feeling the same as all those loyal franchise fans.

Linesman - shit
referee - shit
4th official - shit

According to the guys behind me, Wilson - Shit.

Only players who are worth mentioning are GG, Cuthbert, Lucas and Pericard when he came on. Ward's first touch let him down too often, him and ferry were too easily beaten. Lesc - well, i'll keep quite, the right winger had the beating off him, similar thing the other side with Wanky. Dougie didn't really dominate, and Austin was often left wondering. Paynter, nothing special.

Edited for the happyness of the twat who wants specifics in the way the same thing is said, and for those too stupid to understand: the right winger (respectfully left) could get past Lesc (respectfully Wanky) far too easily, without even being challenged.
