I said he SOUNDS shit based on his record. Obviously I've not seen him play but neither have any of you lot. The fact that Wrexham rate him dosnt exactly inspire confindence either. Where did they finish in League 2 last season?
If he turns out to be great and answers our goalscoring prayers, I'll hapilliy eat humble pie, but I'm not expecting much. The Welsh league is really really shit.

I mean that Kevin Doyle from the Irish league - what the fuck has he done?
but...I suppose the Irish league is much better than the Welsh league?!?!

Lee Trundle emerged from the Welsh leagues aswell, before being snapped up by Wrexham funnily enough.

I'm sure we have this exact same arguement every pre-season. Just insert a different players name. Anyway, carry on...

There are so many other factors contributing to how good he is or can be. Midfield behind him, whether defenders play hoof ball or not etc. deserves a chance for sure.

sam parkin will always be used as an example too.
his record before joining us was awful. we all know what happend after that so lets give this guy a fucking chance before we say he's shit.
just because he played for coal miners utd doesn't mean he can't score goals at L1 playing along side better players.

Described by Carmarthen as 'the new Lee Trundle'.
Got to give these chaps a try, Parkin's record at Northampton hardly inspired confidence.

What I actually said was.....just because he comes from a rubbish league doesnt mean he isnt any good. An example of this being un-true is Kevin Doyle. sam parkin will always be used as an example too.
his record before joining us was awful. No, it wasnt - this is a myth! Millwall - 5 games 4 goals Oldham - 3 games 3 goals Sure, he had slightly less successful spells at Wycombe 2 goals in 7 starts and Northampton 4 goals in 39 starts.....but it wasnt like he hadnt done it before at all ever.

Stop proving people wrong you nerd.
We transformed Sam Parkin from nothing into a football superstar.
