fernando that cheeky cunt Cheesy hope that gives the top order a kick up the arse, a few runs instead of a shitty collapse could have been the difference there.

The upper order have been shite for a while now, time for Strauss to come back in for Joyce i think, shows how much we miss Tres.KP always seems to get out the same way as well,ie taking and trying to impose himself on the bowlers,if he just tried to curb his attacking instincts he might get a few more runs, having said that suppose his wanting to attack and dominate the bowlers is what makes him the player he is.Oh well we've lost but we pushed them a hell closer than i thought we would, its just we should have bloody well won!

For the sake of fuckery! I blame Mahmood for bowling a wide that went for 2 byes and a no ball that also went for a run (so a total of 5 free runs) in the last over.

if he curbed his attacking instincts he'd be exactly the same as the rest of the upper order that you just criticised?!

just think how good we'd be if 1-3 could score runs.

Strauss and Vaughan should open. KP and Collingwood at three and four then Bell, Flintoff and so on. But then again I don't know much about cricket...

Vaughan's infuriating because he still looks like a classy player. Joyce hasn't done a great deal whereas Strauss has proven himself in the past.

All these one dayers are getting a bit dull, I want test matches!

I saw that and thought it might come back to bite us on the bum.....don't think Saj would be my pick for the final over.

strauss isn't adaptable enough in odis for mine, and a pathetic runner between the wickets

can't really seen the point in changing it now, i think of the players we've got there today's xi is the best we could put out

in hindsight, i'd go: 1) bell 2) vaughan 3) shah then the rest
