I take this as a good point....keeps the unbeaten record v Dale, which is worthy of a few beers tonight by way of celebration...Flint did OK, and Benyon scored on debut, not easy trying to rebuild a side short of confidence in a relegation battle.

As for mongs going on about Houghton....presumably they mean ex scummer and sometime pundit Ray Houghton?

Wilson must go now. We have the players and have a bigger budget than most clubs in this league but wilson cant get them playing anywhere near their capability. Douglas and ferry were one of the best midfield pairings in the league last year-another example of wilsons incompetence

I was really looking forward to this after the Exeter performance, but feel a bit deflated now.  Dossevi was utter wank, but no striker on the bench.  He was even responsible for their goal giving away a stupid foul in their half and on the touch line.  He tries hard, but like Pericard he cannot really cut it.  Thought Benyon was quiet but he obviously needs a big guy to work alongside him.  Liked the look of Flint although he made a few errors towards the end, put that down to nerves and tiredness.  Just couldn't udnerstand the substitutions, unless it was injury related.

- A point is a 'bonus for us'

- There is frustration because in lots of areas we're doing well.
WTF? He really doesn't help himself does he. For the record, thought Flint did well in coping with a big step up in a difficult game he could easily have gone to pieces in given the shite all around him. And given how little Benyon had to work with (he was dropping back into midfield most of the second half trying to carve something out for himself), he did all he could. Scored with the only half-chance he was presented with, can't ask much more than that. Just heard him on the radio and when asked if it was any different from League 2, very diplomatically talked about conditions making it difficult for us to play how we'd like, sure it will be different on Tuesday. Which says a lot about how we played today - like a League 2 side.

And finally, a big hand (in the shape of a clenched fist) for the idiots around us who started booing the side before the 90 mins was up. Fortunately, such was the courage of their convictions, that one shout of "For Christ's sake, at least wait till the bloody game ends" marked a return to the usual low-level moaning.

Now snuck above the drop zone on goals scored, and then only because Tranmere's game was abandoned due to waterlogged pitch - I was hoping we could have the game abandoned due to a sewage-logged pitch. And not much better in the stands either. Utterly fucking depressing.

Chantelle.

Had no idea who she was, but definitely a decent rack, are they natural, don't like implants, and would definitely rule her out of the job in my opinion.

Surely that's an example of his competence?

No clearly Douglas/Ferry last season was nothing to do with Wilson.

If Thomas Dossevi is so much of a waste of space and still playing, I can't believe DW can play Billy Bodin up front in stead.

The only criteria to play of front for Swindon now seems to be the same criteria that Mexican Red has for women: pulse

Think that is up there as one of the worst performances ive seen from Swindon.

Dosevvi is absolute wank. Kept on fouling the oposition.  Rarely made any good runs.

Timlin doesnt seem to know how to run.  Quickes he ran all game was when he was substitued off.

Flint looks like another defender who cant actually pass a football and will result in Jerel Ifil hoofballs.

Frampton shouted a lot and tried to organise the defense, but also made a couple of big cock uos which better teams then Rochdale would have punished.

Not sure why Ritchie didnt start from the beginiing, as at least he tried to run with the ball, and made a couple of decent offensive passes.

Wilson needs to go as cant see the team staying up based on that utter shit performance

Billy Bodin is not match fit.

Kev turned to jelly for about 10 minutes, I think bringing him off was to prevtn a defensive implosion given the fact that the ball was likely to be coming at us with some regularity in that 2nd half.  Games in such wind are always shit as a spectacle.  There was a point in the 2nd half that Timlin knocked the ball forwards on a run but the ball stopped and began going backwards.

Dossevi needs replacing, that's for sure.

JPM seems like he has had his legs replaced with those of a dead man.

Ritchie may well have been unlucky to get dropped but was mostly gash after he came on.  ONly reallt got involved with about 5 mins to go.

Thought Douglas set the tone for the performance today, started ok, got more and more ragged as the game went on.

Well done Caddis, there is a very good player developing in him.

Benyon - lets see how Obika works with him.  The lack of someone upfront to hold up play and bring others in may be the biggest problem, became a real issue in the 2nd half today with the wind being in Rochdales favour.

Overall, expected it to be shit, it mostly was, we didn't deserve to lose, can't argue with a point.
