Is it now accepted that these are "predictions" (estimates of how something will be in the future) rather than "scoops" (stories or facts; especially, news learned and reported before anyone else)?
If so, if presented as such it would probably rub less people up the wrong way on here (not me I hasten to add, doesn't really worry me).
