Well here goes. I'm going to list company cars as well.

Mk II Escort L reg 1.3, rust bucket but first car
Austin Allegro 1.3 L M reg, shagged gear box cost me dearly
Vauxhall Chevette 1.3 V reg, no guts
Min clubman M reg (c) rust bucket
Metro van 1.1L A reg (C)
Fiesta 1.0L T reg, cute car
Escort 1.3 L E reg (c) solid and reliable
Astra 1.4 L lean burn? H reg (c), burnt oil nearly as much as petrol
Rover 1.4 L G reg, tidy motor, well it was Honda technology under the bonnet after all
Metro 1.3 L reg, thirsty car for something so small, wife took it when she left and then had to pay for the engine to be sorted out. Rover did pay half the bill tho
Mazda 323 1.3L k reg (c) very good car
Laguna MKI 1.6L M reg (c) an excellent car
Audi A4 2.6L N reg (c) "Fisch me" not "fist me" btw, as they say in the German porn films, poo off a shovel. A419 me and an open road one early evening is all I'm going to say
Laguna  MKII 1.6L T reg (c) My company this time and leased but I helped my bro buy it from the lease co after my 3 years. Went well till his wife took charge of it Sad
Rover 200 1.4 L (can't remember the reg) Written off at the Blunsdon Abbey traffic lights by a lorry smacking me up when the lights were red
Laguna MKIII 1.8 d 58 reg good solid car again except the tyre sensors were crap, written off when T boned by another car
Laguna MKIII 1.8 d 03 reg, not so good turbo blew up in Ipswich (luckily I had taken out RAC roadside recovery about three weeks before!) quiet a few engine management problems though I got 203K out of it before being scrapped
Mondeo 2.0L diesel 07 reg (c) another solid car only a clutch issue
Current stable
Mondeo 2.0 L diesel 10 reg (c) no problems so far with 60k on the clock.....
Astra 1.6 L R reg '97 showing signs of age, in human terms probably on the way to the nursing home, wife's run around

Old K Reg (1971) 1000cc Mini - Hideous green colour. Mostly scrapheap but the subframe is still part of a trailer.

V  Reg (1979) Toyota Starlet 1.3 - Went like shit off a shovel and rusted just as quickly

B Reg (1984)1 litre Fiesta - Written off after an Escort rammed me from behind

B Reg (1984) Citroen BX - Horrible thing. Sold to a mate for a song

G Reg VW Golf - Caught fire. Ace until that point

Ford Orion (can't remember the reg) - An absoloute dog. Traded in for...

V Reg Scenic - MPV for when my twins were born. Did a job. Traded in for.....

52 Reg Focus Saloon 2.0 Ghia - It's ageing, but it's been great.

Thats really not that many for over 20 years of car ownership is it?

Y Reg Fiat 127 1300GT 5 Speed - brilliant little car - nippy and used to "do" Ford XR2's from the lights Smiley

1968 Salmon Red (Pink) Morris Minor - most stupid purchase ever !

C Reg Opel Manta GTE - loved it but a bit chavvy !!

N Reg Mini Convertible - someone had done it at home I reckon but good fun

C Reg Renault 5 GT Turbo - Pocket Rocket !

Golf V5 - Cant remember Reg - gutless !

Land Rover Freelander - Rag Top back - a laugh but full of faults !

Vauxhall Astra first company car - not a bad drive - had 2 of them in the end

Nissan Primera - less said the better !

Audi A4 1.8T Sport - first of the A4's they released - loved it

BMW 323i - Fantastic wheels made it look nice !!

BMW X5 - 4.4 petrol - nice but drank fuel !

BMW X5 3.0d - Hated it - gutless compared to petrol one and went in 6 months !

Porsche Cayenne Turbo - 4.5 litre Twin Turbo - quicker than an Subaru Impreza WRX but drank petrol like it was going out of fashion - 6mpg around town and about 17 on a motorway run !!

Range Rover Vogue 4.4 Petrol - probably the best car I ever owned !!

Audi A4 3.0d S-line - lovely car should never have sold it

Audi Q7 3.0l D S-line - Great motor but just too big !!

BMW 535d M Sport - current car - although now has 92k on the clock I still love it !!

D Reg Nova - given to me for free, 4 gears, manual choke, rusty white with a fetching grey and yellow cloth interior.
02 MG ZR - it was yellow. it was alright.
53 Mini Cooper S - brilliant fun to drive, appalling economy, quite pricey tax and run-flats, arguably a girls car

K reg Rover 1.4 - Not much to say about it, apart from that it was underpowered. Couldn't go up hills

P reg Golf Mark III VR6 - Loved this car, smooth and very quick. Only downside it drank oil almost as quick as petrol. VW in Newbury tried ripping me off over this as car - trying to charge me for a cambelt change when it doesn't have one.

52 Reg Golf R32 quicker than VR6 and more bells and whistles but didn't like as much - too 'bloated' Also had to get it chipped to solve a fuel starvation problem caused by emission regulations

10 Reg Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Turbo (two of them) Can certainly vouch for its Ncap 5 safety rating which probably saved my life

M reg Renault Clio 1.2 - my first car inheirited from my mother. It was still running strong after well over 100k miles but ended up being worth less than the insurance...
54 reg Renault Clio 1.5dci - comfortable, economical, cheap to tax and was written off on the M40...
51 reg Audi A3 1.9 - aside from minor electrical issues with indicators and having a suspension arm replaced after hitting a pothole, I love it...

P reg Rover 214i Head Gasket blew.

N reg Peugeot 306 XSi - going strong still, had to replace back box and middle section of the exhaust, handbrake cables snapped and the electric windows keep dying. Other than that it's quite beastly. 2L Cheesy

'53 Corsa SXi.  Excellent first car, and "fun" to drive.  Got laid in the back, tore around the Sussex backroads like a typical 17yr old boy-racer before a motor indescretion saw me forced to sell it to my sister.  Sister had it for a further two years before the engine was deemed to have "expired".  She managed to flog it for an unknowing garage for £2k.

'08 Renault Twingo GT.  Got caught at >120mph twice before some twonk keyed it so I decided to cut my losses after three years as £500+ to repair (was over two panels, plus there were complications as it had chequered decals on the door) and I was starting to get itchy feet.

'11 Alfa Romeo MiTo Cloverleaf.  Caught the Alfa bug.

Its a mixed bunch:

'Y' reg 1.3 Metro, converted from a van (badly), so if you braked hard the back seat folded up, also ended up with half an old fridge welded into floor and rear arches for MOT's.
'B' reg 1.1 Festa, was strangely fast and fun to drive.
'D' ref 1.0 Fiat Panda - strange motor, actually fun to drive in a funny way. I remember some lass rear ended me at speed at the Bicester M40 roundabout in a Sierra, it totalled the front of her car, but i just reattached the rubber bumper and drove off with no damage.
Fiat Strada - cannot remember what age it was.
'N' reg escort.
'g' reg sierra 2.0 bloody quick but drank petrol and very unreliable, remember driving back from Shrewsbury streaming white smoke all the way once.
'L' reg 205 Junior (with denim seats0 not sure why but really liked the car.
'W' reg Clio 1.4 - quick and fun to drive.
'N' reg escort - girlfriends (now wifes car)
Rover 200 (MG) thingy, only had for a couple of weeks as borrowed, good fun to drive but very tinny, glad didnt own it.
'55' reg Renault Scenic 1.4DTI company car and got as could get mountain bikes in back.
'55' Mazda 3 OK
'05' Golf SDI - company car inherited and possibly the most sluggish care I have ever driven, but got me everywhere for 3 years so liked it.
'10' BMW 118d freat fun to drive nut dreadful in snow and ice - and di my back in driving it.
'09' Audi A4 TDI - inherited company car again, in black makes me look like a dealer. Not sure if i like it but the missus loves it.

Company scheme is cancelled in July so will need to get a cheap motor then, looking at a SAAB 93 i reck.

1980 w reg 1.3l escort. Cost me £200 and i drove it around before i had passed my test(naughty naughty). Died pretty quickly.
1985 c reg 1.3l escort. Paid £750 and lasted around a year, had my only accident in this car when i went up the back of someone.
1985 d reg 1.6l orion. £400 and a heap of shit. failed the mot big time so was scrapped.
1987 1.6 renault 21 Paid a grand for it and it and was a tidy motor but the steering was heavy as fuck. The ignition block ended up fucked and got another from a scrappy. Electric windows decided to open and not shut again so ended up being held up by a block of wood. Got a couple of years out of it then flogged to somebody for parts.
1991 2.0 glx sierra. Best car i've owned by a mile. Paid £1,200 for it with 98,000 on ther clock and added 50,000 to it over 5 years before giving it to my brother in law. Went like shit off a shovel, drove like a dream, looked great, and had all electrics etc. Had to replace the starter motor and usual stuff ie tyres, exhaust etc but nothing major went wrong with the car.
1995 1.0 punto. Basic runaround but a bargain £500 off my old man. Quite nice to drive but cheaply built and felt it. Traded it in after 5 years for £600 on my current car.
2008 citroen xsara picasso. Looks like shit from the side but drives nicely and is a good family motor. Bought it from new which means every little scratch, crumbs dropped in it etc drives me nuts. Will not buy a brand new motor again unless money is never an issue.

First car was a C reg Renault 5, didn't keep it for long

Next was a Citroen AX GT which was basically a money pit and gave rise to my saying of "Never buy a French car"

Then a Mitsubishi Colt which was pretty reliable until my other half wrote it off by ramming someone up the backside, she's not been allowed to drive up to her mum's in Cannock since

Honda Civic Jap import which was rather nice and sporty, electric this and that, hard to get parts for though, eventually gave up the ghost by blowing the head

Honda Civic S reg five door, brilliant car, so reliable

Honda Jazz 09, loads of toys and 55.7mpg on my last trip up

I also have a saying of "Never buy a German car" due to my other half having a VW Lupo 02 reg with a rather shit engine, makes the AX look reliable. ECU and engine management lights come on on a regular basis, it has been to so many garages and had thousands spent on it literally. None of them have been have been able to sort it. Rather common fault with these according to the net. It's only done 46,000 miles but still stalls on a regular basis, what a bag of shit. Unfortunately can't afford to scrap it at the mo, cos that's all it's fit for, we couldn't knowingly sell it.

If cash was no object I would always buy Japanese so I'd go for a Nissan GTR

S Reg Austin Allegro 1.3 S White - Square steering wheel. Sold before I past my test
V Reg Fiat Strada 65L - Pea green colour. Rear door rusted into oblivion
? Reg Renault 18 - Navy blue. Took me to many a home and away Town match. Rusted around the headlights and made you feel sick going round bends as the suspension was so soft.
Y Reg Nissan Sunny 1.3L - Red. American tan interior, which was all very functional and precise. Beautiful interior smell, which I remember vividly whilst typing!
B Reg Ford Fiesta 1.1 Ghia - Navy blue. Bloody awful, gutless piece of crap. Nice inside, but hated its lack of guts.
C Reg Citroen BX Leader - Silver. Ace floaty suspension.
Foreign Ford Escort - Navy blue. Functional.
Rover 218 - Red. Nice car
Citroen AX Salsa - Blue. Saw it advertised in a supermarket in Ripon. Low mileage and bought it quite cheaply. Good runaround.
Vauxhall Zafira - Silver. Family had come along. Onslaught of middle age! Imported dead cheap.
Vauxhall Agila - Red. Impressed with the Zafira so replace the AX with a postman pat van!
Toyota Sienna - Metallic Blue. The best car I have ever had and am ever likely to have! Absolute dream to drive (apart from in the snow).
Ford Focus - Silver. Brilliant in the snow - Adequate at other times!
07 Renault Grans Scenic - Silver. Does the job, but leaves me pining for the Toyota
07 Suzuki Swift Diesel - Burned Orange. Decent, punchy runaround.

Fucking sodding wanking cars.  Just had the death sentence pronounced on my latest.

Austin Maestro - Shit
Honda Accord - Good
Nissan primera - Good
Ford Escort estate - A fucking travesty to call that thing a car. £2k of repairs in under 2 years.
Toyota avensis.  18 months of trouble free motoring (apart from the first day I had it when the horn decided to go off randomly and stay on.  That was fun whilst driving through central wolverhampton).  But today, Im told the engine has died.  Only done 125k.

What next.  Fuck knows.
