My Southampton supporting cousin has just contacted me to say that the Swindon performance tonight was the best football he has seen at St Mary's all season.

He now owes me 2 pints next time we meet.

4th place and needing the fringe players to keep on keeping on.

Happy days

Don't bother with waccoe. It's full of fans who think Leeds should still be in the Champions League.

352 reading the Swindon thread a moment ago. They see us as a threat, they're just too up their own arses to admit it.

One thing we haven't mentioned tonight due to the excitement is that Stevenage won, and extended their lead at the top of the Conference.

Though it does support their point that after we play S'ton, we're all looking to see what they have to say.

Still, it's always good sport.  Smiley

And Chelsea lost, not relevant to most, but i'm going to work in a town shirt tomorrow to wind the fuckers up.

Wouldn't it just be so funny if Leeds had to spend another season in League 1  Soapy Tit Wank

True. They are a huge club at this level, everyone knows that. But some of them appear to think they shouldn't be here, which could well cost them promotion.

Comments like 'tinpot clubs' referring to us, won't win them games.

That was quality.

What pleased me most was the fringe players stepping up.

I'm a Phil Smith fan but I don't think he's as good as Lucas. Tonight he was every bit as good as Lucas. Caught most things and those he didn't catch he punched well enough. A lot more communication with the defence.

When Cuthbert went off I was worried as he's been nothing short of excellent for us BUT step up LJF, tonight he was a fucking rock. He won every header and made every tackle. Impressed with him and pleased for him.

Marshall had a decent game, chased everything and never gave up despite being bullied and literally pushed around by Wayne Thomas. Some good runs and crosses to.

The usual suspects were quality to. Greer, JPM, Douglas, Ferry and Ward.

Darby looked solid at right back.

Austin did well, was clearly fucked towards the end but still at least tried to chase everything. Fucking great finisher.

He is the best finisher I have ever seen.

Pardew did the team talk for us. Fucking cock. Ex Reading cunt.

What formation did we play? 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 or something else?

Wilson on: Delighted with win, Cuthbert's injury is probably a medial ligament strain, a few weeks to a month. Lecs did well, CB is his best position really, will be looking to make that his own. Phil Smith was fantastic, Austin too. Proud of the performance, kept the ball well, Marshall did well too, as did everyone. Ferry played well, Second yellow card was deserved but unfortunate, just tiredness, 6 points from Soton and Brighton is fantastic. Bodin on the bench, he is in his plans now which is testament to his performances, as well as the injuries, will get on with it. Doesn't care what the rest of the league thinks, we just need to keep winning and see how it ends up.
