Even Williams was a 26.7% win ratio.
Going by the average win rate of a football manager then Williams was below average. I didn't say that it brought success. It's just a defined stat. If we had data that said "but he also drew 70% of games then we'd be looking at a manager with a very low loss %. So it's down to how you interpret them. Malpas. Wasn't average. He had an "average win rate" if he had a WR of 30%. If we combined his LR (Loss Rate) then we'd have a wider picture. MM = W 13 = WR 31% D 11 = DR 26.2% L 18 = LR 42.8% I think we can all agree that while he had an average WR%, MM had a high LR% PB actually has managed 30 games and has W 9 = 30.00% D 11 = 36.66% L 10 = 33.33% So PB is to date with Town. Pretty bang on average. |
