To be fair Chubbs has a point, Sol has history of mentioning race at every opportunity when not getting offered jobs so now he has lost a job it is not beyond the realms..
He's obviously a decent manager, but his massive ego does him no favours IMO.

WTF?
What do you mean WTF? Whenever a manager or player for that matter is sacked, or criticized, someone manages to pull the race card. Look back at the recent world cup. Some would disagree, but Raheem Sterling's performances for England were poor and he got stick for it. This is what Ian Wright had to say about it. "There is a certain amount of racism towards it - what else can it be? They are picking on him because of the background he has come from and they want to keep him down, drag him back down. "People say you are playing the racism card, but you give me a good reason why Raheem Sterling gets the stick he gets for just being a footballer." I could go on. Sometimes, a manager is just a bad manager (not in Sol's case, he's done a great job) but if the manager happens to be of an Ethnic background, someone somewhere will call the race card.

I reacted with WTF because within about 15 minutes of the BBC report being shared, the issue of race enters the debate.

Not surprised at all. He wasn't playing them to their strengths. Attack with pace and ball on the floor. Hudders shape looked amateurish too. Players getting continually drawn in. If they don't sort it quick they will be destined to drop to where some would say is their rightful level. Tier three.

Walked? Of course he has walked, I doubt his courtesy car has fuel any fuel if its not been taken back.
