Sounds like the welsh wizard won't be playing at the oval,he's having to go in an oxygen tent twice a day. Sad I think he would be a real loss for us,he's been fantastic.
Slightly better news is Punters constant bitching, the aussies call us whingers, but their captain is whinging for his country at the moment and its hilarious. Soapy Tit Wank I think he needs to start worring about something else, like his teams batting and not our use of subs, its a bit rich all this moaning about the spirt of the game, when for years the aussies have been sledging like dirty thick fuckers.

Tremlett or Collingwood  seem to be most likely to be the replacement. I'm not all that keen on having Tremlett into the side for his debut, in the last ashes test. Has Collingwood played in a test before? He's got 900+ runs this year and a decent bowling average, so would probably be my choice.

Other than that, who else is there? Caddick is past it, Gough's retired...

Get Caddick in as a one of Test appearance - he's got experience and is still capable of taking wickets.

I think gough coming in would be more likely than caddick. Smiley
Collingwood is the bloke who should get the nod,he can bowl well and bat well too, giving tremlett his test debut against the aussies in a deciding test match could backfire.

I'd pick Collingwood. A perfectly adequate bowler who can also bat.

I'd go for Collingwood as well, he's a pretty good fielder isn't he?

He's  probably the best in the England side.
Maybe we should use him as a sub? Smiley

Why the fuck would you pick Collingwood? He'd be a specialist fielder at Test level.

The extra bounce at The Oval would help Tremlett.

sorry that we're not all cricketing god's, boeta.

I only wish I could possibly have a mere quarter of your knowledge of cricket.

I wonder if Goughie has one last test in him?   Not really looked to see how he's been going with Essex or even if he's fit, but he's the probably the best bowler of reverse swing we've got, which seems to have troubled the Aussies.
