It's a shame we look like missing out on him but if we were to go into the season with him as our main striker it would be a very big gamble due to his past experience in the football league.
I will be worried if this time next week we have signed no strikers but Paolo is bound to have a few more in the mix. At least the defence and midfield is looking close to being sorted, and the signing of 2/3 strikers will mean we are going into the season with a fairly complete squad.

He already has more or less. PDC gave him a deadline of last night and never heard from him so as far as he's concerned all dead & buried As it should be. If you want to play for us, it won't be that hard to sort a contract. If not, fuck off. |

it does seem a little unreasonable to expect a player to only talk to one club and fuck the others off doesn't it. also i do feel that deadline set was a little short, comazzi had a lot longer to decide |

Execpt that as has been stated he needed to make contact with the manager last night and he didn't. So we made a bid, we wanted contact by last night, Birchall decided to wait to see who else bid...therefore he is not committed to play for us. Therefore...goodbye. |
