Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Is that 7 losses on the bounce. No manager in the land should survive that.

No, its 4. Lost 7 of last 8 though.

30 players have featured for the Town in the league.
2 other players have also featured in cup competitions.
3 other players have been in matchday squads without playing.

35 players used before the end of October is ridiculous, be it unlucky or not.

Realistically, when are we going to have a functioning squad again?  Does the Manager have a strategy other than waiting for his best starting XI to return to fitness?

Alarm bells ringing now.  Something has to change.

Are your clocks slow?  The alarm bells started ringing several weeks ago....and the panic button was pressed soon after. I said earlier in the week, we need to pick up a minimum of 4 points from the next 4 games, ...fewer and you're looking at something close to PO form for the rest of the season to stay up...doable but unlikely.

As regards change, it can't happen....we're locked into method of recruitment and playing.

I do like that we are doing things differently as usual. There is a long history of decent managers being blamed for the failings of shite chairmen, we seem to be the Mirror image of that!

The fact that Cooper seems entirely unable to motivate a team to even show up us a worry?

As Power dictates the style of play and also signs the players, I don't think complaints relating to either area should be levelled at Cooper. What is a concern is his lack of motivational and inspirational skills.

I like Cooper, he seems like a nice bloke, but I've got my doubts that he has the leadership nous to turn this around.
I genuinely like him. I don't know how much actual input he has, but he is the man who is in the position that takes the flak.

He was undoubtedly happy to take the plaudits last year, whether that was down to him or not.

All that Wendies bollocks is coming back to haunt us.

whatever it is he does it aint working

Bring back Nile Ranger. At least Ajose could play with him

Whether it was consensual or not.

He's got a point became we were fucking brilliant before the injuries started...

This is what I keep telling the happy clappers.

Before Turnbulls red at the Pox we were good enough to compete but never ever looked liked scoring.

So morale is going to be low at the club on a losing streak not playing well and then Cooper comes and gives and inspirational interview. The bloke sounded like he's given up until the injured players return and he does not expect another win until then.

He then expects the injured players to come in when fit and have their heads up and miracle happens we win every game again - someone is a little deluded I feel.

Cooper & Williams to leave the club please - time for someone else to have a go

I still think a little more time for Cooper personally, can't see a new manager being able to change anything with the players at his disposal. If nothing changes after fa cup weekend (7/8 nov) then maybe a change would be needed then.

One suspects that if Mark Cooper can't get a positive result against Oldham then he's done.

Not having any right backs is really irritating me.

I wonder who we'll get knocked out by this year..

I've been thinking the same thing for about the last three games.

It's easy... left back plays as a right back... goes down the right wing and instead of cutting in, just does a rabona into the box.
