Jervis is no great loss.  He did OK but was never going to set the world on fire.  Am sure there are better players that can come in and do a job for us.

Jervis is apparently signing on loan to Preston.
Confirmed on SKY just now.

Confirmed on SKY just now.

How? As far as I'm aware they don't have a manager at the moment.

Jake Jervis, whose loan at Town finished yesterday, looks set to join Preston on a one-month youth loan

A youth loan?

I heard today from a reliable contact at the club (dont ask me to name him/her coz I wont) that the Rooney deal is done and dusted.  Exciting times!

Haven't they transfer listed him though? I didn't think he'd played for them since November when he rejected a new deal?

Has he played since he rejected their new deal?

I'd be delighted with signing him, although as I see it he plays Richie's role, so would that mean we would sell Richie or play one on each wing? That would be very, very exciting.

He's played once since he rejected the new contract, on Boxing Day.

Got sent off (two yellows), second red of the season so a two game ban - so he was suspended for todays game.

Gary Rose said on twitter the other day PDC plans on playing one on each wing.

Reckon if Rooney does sign it will be Gabilondo and Esajas pushed further down the list. PDC doesn't seem to be to bothered about playing a left footed player on the left and vice versa, will probably just go with the two best wingers for each game.
